In order to qualify for technical support, you need to have an active product subscription or be an existing consulting client.
At a minimum, you must include the following details with every support request: -
- Your name
- Client name
- Product name
- Any session logs and/or error messages
We encourage you to ask pre-sales questions BEFORE buying our products.
Technical support requests from people with expired product subscriptions will be ignored.
